       About the Organization

Welcome to the Georgia Council’s Web Page, introduced in September, 2000. Our Organization has represented child psychiatry in the State of Georgia since 1954. In addition, we serve as a regional organization for the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. We are committed to promoting the mental health of all children, adolescents, and their families particularly through advocacy, education, and collaboration.
